RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We hope you don't have to use our returns and exchanges policy, but we understand things happen. We strive to provide the absolute best products, services and experiences. So, below you'll find our policies in case you are dissatisfied, a product did not live up to the highest standards, or you simply just changed your mind. Stay Wild, Flower!

 

Subscription Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions will only be provided for damaged products. Refund requests will only be honored if placed within 48 hours of receipt of product. All requests must be made via email to Meg@seablossoms.events and must include a photograph of the damaged product. If product is deemed damaged by Sea Blossoms, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. Prepaid and Gift Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Dried Floral Merchandise Refund Policy

Dried floral merchandise, including but not limited to, flower crown kits, mini pots, and other arrangements are final sale. Arrangement-style dried florals are not eligible for shipping due to their fragile nature. Other dried floral merchandise such as pressed pendants and art are eligible for shipping.

Non-Floral Merchandise

All non-floral merchandise, Dried Floral Magnets, and Pressed Pendants may be returned or exchanged in original condition and packaging within 21 days of purchase. Sea Blossoms will provide a return shipping label upon request. Return shipping labels are only provided for items purchased from SeaBlossoms.Events online store. Refunds or store credits will be issued within 3-5 business days from receipt of returned item. Product exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of returned item based on product availability. 

Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellations or freezes require 10 day notice prior to next scheduled delivery date. Cancellations or freezes with less than 10 days notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Sea Blossoms will do it’s best to accommodate last minute requests.

Rejected Delivery

If a subscription delivery is rejected by the delivery recipient, for any reason, Sea Blossoms can not be held liable and will not offer a refund.

Non-Delivery

Any claims of non-delivery will be thoroughly investigated by Sea Blossoms. Sea Blossoms will not be held liable for inaccurate delivery addresses provided by customer. Sea Blossoms will not be held liable for any shipped item after shipping service takes possession of product.

Flower Substitutions

Flower selection is subject to availability due to seasonality, quality, cost & color. Sea Blossoms reserves the right to substitute flowers in order to maintain the integrity of color, quality & contracted design or subscription services.

Dried Floral Merchandise

Weddings & Events
