Terms & Conditions

Perishables

Sea Blossoms makes every reasonable effort to match flower variety, color, & design of contracted florals between Sea Blossoms & client. Client understands that exact varieties & colors can not be guaranteed as they are perishable and reliant on natural occurrences outside of Sea Blossoms’ control. Floral substitutions are at the sole discretion of Sea Blossoms in order to maintain our standard of quality in material and design.

Delivery & In-Store Pickup Accountability

Sea Blossoms is not responsible for floral items and vessels after they have been delivered to customer-provided address or after they have left Sea Blossoms’ studio in possession of customer or other party not under Sea Blossoms’ employment. Sea Blossoms will not be held responsible for items damaged by weather, missing due to theft or damage by persons other than Sea Blossoms staff.

Force Majeure

If Sea Blossoms is not able to perform or provide in entirety its contracted services or products for any reason, not limited to, but including Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, pandemic, or other causes beyond the control of both parties, all payments with the exception of the deposit will be returned in full.

Flower Substitutions

Flower selection is subject to availability due to seasonality, quality, cost & color. Sea Blossoms reserves the right to substitute flowers in order to maintain the integrity of color, quality & contracted design or subscription services.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellations or freezes require 10 day notice prior to next scheduled delivery date. Cancellations or freezes with less than 10 days notice will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Sea Blossoms will do it’s best to accommodate last minute requests.

Recurring Payments

Subscriptions are available for delivery on a monthly or biweekly recurring basis.

Monthly delivery subscriptions will be delivered on the first Friday or third Friday of every month, dependent on date of subscription purchase. Monthly in-store pickup subscriptions will be available for pickup on the first Saturday or third Saturday of every month, dependent on date of subscription purchase.

Biweekly delivery subscriptions will be delivered on the first Friday and third Friday of every month. Biweekly in-store pickup subscriptions will be available for pickup on the first Saturday and third Saturday of every month, dependent on date of subscription purchase.

Vase Return

Subscription delivery or pickup of vase arrangements will require return of the previously provided vase. You will receive your next order in a different vase. We require a $10 replacement fee for damaged of unreturned vases. Vases may be left at delivery location or returned when picking up next pickup order.

Merchandise

Dried Floral Merchandise

Dried floral merchandise, including but not limited to, flower crown kits, mini pots, and other arrangements are final sale. Arrangement-style dried florals are not eligible for shipping due to their fragile nature. Other dried floral merchandise such as pressed pendants and art are eligible for shipping.

Non-Floral Merchandise

All non-floral merchandise may be returned or exchanged in original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Deliveries

Rejected Delivery

If a subscription delivery is rejected by the delivery recipient, for any reason, Sea Blossoms can not be held liable and will not offer a refund.

Non-Delivery

Any claims of non-delivery will be thoroughly investigated by Sea Blossoms. Sea Blossoms will not be held liable for inaccurate delivery addresses provided by customer. Sea Blossoms will not be held liable for any shipped item after shipping service takes possession of product.

Quality

All floral items that leave possession of Sea Blossoms in the highest quality available to us. Sea Blossoms will not be held liable for poor quality due to improper flower care including, but not limited to, lack of watering, flowers placed or left in unsuitable environment or neglect. If unsatisfied with quality of flowers upon pick up or delivery, please contact Sea Blossoms within 24 hours at Meg@seablossoms.events. Please include pictures of dissatisfactory product and Sea Blossoms will make it’s best effort to remedy the issue.
